plantar flexion? If you are refering to what I said in one of the videos.I think I said something about a bi-lateral flexion of the knees. If that's not it I will findout for you. I high hands are due to a change in posture sometimes and sometimes a bent down wrist position. To check out the posture change do a down the line and see if your standing up without a turn to the left leg. If you watch Tiger he leans back into the outside of the left heel.

I was big into the Golf machine back then, since then I perfer to get abit less techno when instructing common guy. It is certainly helpful for the real swing Doctors and architechs. plantar flexion is the medical terminology for increasing the angle of flexion at the ankle.
