  • soooooooo sweeeeet ! lovely to listen and to watch ! pure hindi poem sounds divine in lataji's voice with meena kumari ,looking the epitome of motherly love which makes her face glow with divine happiness !

thanks yuan ! the songs from bhabhi ki chudiyan are a treasure indeed .

  • @crazyoldsongs - You are most welcome, my dear friend and thank you for the very nice comment.

  • Another sweet image of Meena Kumari as Mother Goddess. Once again, she is the very personification of that tender role. And Lataji as usual assists MK most melodiously. Or, alternatively, one might say that MK assists Lataji in bringing the song to visual life.Thanks,yuan.

  • @chamogaa - You are most welcome, my dear Professor.

Frankly, as I have mentioned earlier too, i KNEW that there is going to be a comment from you since the song is a combination of Meena Kumari, Lata and most importantly, MK is in a MOTHERLY role! [though it is seems that she is NOT the mother here in this case.]

You are a great human being, my dear Professor.

I honour and respect you, from the bottom of my heart.

    May God bless you.

  • @yuanyuanyuanyin . Oh, that's so sweet of you again, Yuan.

Yes, the clip shows how the father is persuading the biological mother to let MK express her motherly side. Very thoughtful of him, though the biological mother's expressions show a bit of unease at her child being called by MK as " my little one" in the song-- a very natural reaction from a young biological mother. The whole scene is very well enacted by all.

  • @chamogaa - Yes, since I do not know the language, that is what I have gathered from the actions of the actor and actresses.

Actually, this is how the Sri Lankans watch Hindi films in Sri Lanka before the subtitles were introduced.

However, without any difficulty we "follow" ANY "complicated" stories. LOL.

Not only Hindi films but even English films are being watched this way by many people here in Sri lanka!

Again, we follow the story and are very happy. LOL.

    Thank you my dear Professor.

  • @yuanyuanyuanyin How else to bring the song to " visual" life here if not by MK's role? Lataji of course does the vocal part in a divine style as always.
