it has the chance of having RROD, About 52% unlike ps3 which only aroun 10%

thats why when microsoft makes new games they mostly make it exclusively for

@Asher312 Xbox got a new look and better hardware to fix their problems also with ps3 and xbox360 starting to aim at motion control, so far Xbox360's aiming fairly higher with full body control voice recongnition and allowing you to "scan" and item and use it on the game as they demonstrated with a skating game a skater scanned his deck and performed a jump to show that his Xbox360 skater's deck is exactly the same. they are still in the works but almost finished.

Dude, the whole idea of the flashback story revelations is that you have to piece together the plot, and it givves more incentive to complete the entire web of intrigue. The idea is not to know definitively the whole story, but to fill in any holes yourself!

Great review! I rented this game before I saw this review, I started on normal, it was hard but I never got tired of it, loved playing. The side missions I didn't do all of, because some of them were definitely hard to fully beat, when you are only getting silver it gets frustrating. I highly recommend this game though. I didn't finish it, was at the last boss when I had to return it, it was bloody HARD to beat. I was playing on normal though.

[PROTOTYPE] is a good game, I have Both systems, an xbox 360 and a PS3, I have [PROTOTYPE] for the PS3 and my Brother has inFamous, I like both games, I'm going to get inFamous soon. The reason I would probally choose inFamous over this is probally like they said, "Start your difficulty on easy", I didnt do this, thats probally why im getting my ass kicked, but, overall, they are both great games, and I enjoy them both.

The only problem i had with prototype was the story. It was just told a realy bad way even dough it sounds like a cool storyline on the paper.

And somehow i didnt like the graphics that too much because it seemed like Alex was the only cool looking thing in the whole game.

Overall i agree with Whity but this is still my favorite sandbox game.

When I think back to the reason why I liked PROTOTYPE, it comes down to the smoothness of getting from one mission to onother. Games like Infamous & Assassins Creed 2, even though great, struggle with how the character's PARKOUR is delivered. I lost my xbox 360 Prototype when my system crashed and after converting over to PS3, I just picked it up for $30.

At first, I was turned off by Prototype due to the Hulk comparisons I read and heard from other sources (played the PS3 game by Sega, an okay rent at best, imo), but this review gave me some more insight to the game, and now I think Prototype looks pretty sweet.

I was surprised how quickly I unlocked a lot of practical abilities, and I still have a lot more to unlock and improve.

After playing the game for a few hours, I noticed the Hulk similarities, but to me, Mercer's physics and combat are sort of a mix of Raziel's (Soul Reaver) and Spider-Man's (gliding, running up walls, punching and slashing).

Basically, I'm glad that Prototype's more like games I liked before it, and I might buy it. :)

you're kinda stepping over yourself there. Graphics only don't make a game but graphics in this gen do help make a game because if the graphics are high res and demanding then that can take a toll on the framerate and also cause glitches and distract you from the immersion.

I have a Xbox 360, and a PS3, I got Prototype, and Infamous. I beat prototype, thinking "holy shit, this game is fucking awesome." When I played Infamous, I was disappointed. The characters are a little odd, the gangsters look stupid. There was an alright story line, but for the most part it sucked. If you are looking to buy either prototype, or Infamous, go with prototype.

Some people say that because prototype has so many more powerups than infamous it's better. Well I beg to differ on that. Just because prototype has more powers doesn't mean that it's better. In fact you get so many powers that the button combinations to use those powers are just really stupid. For instance the cannonball. In order to use it you have to press the x and d at the same time.

Infamous is just a much smoother game, the prototype controls are really messed up at times, e.g R3 is used to steer the chopper and change targets which makes some chopper missions really annoying you trying to steer towards the target but the aimer keeps changing direction!

Infamous And Prototype were both really cool games. If i was the person in either of the games i would of went with prototype in my opinion because you can get Better kick ass powers and defense shit,but there again i would also be in InFamous because nothing will make you more happier then frying people with lighting bolts right to their fucking heads.
