I saw an article on Mark in surfer's journal, the images were so amazing. I said forget the spear-gun and just picked up a three prong Hawaiian sling and have not looked back. I have improved my hunting drastically it teaches you so much. When i do return to a spear-gun again it will be ST8 CAKE!!!! I'm from Florida and been nailing Hogs left and right. To bad i can't find anything on Gene Higa, man that guy is a legend. I wish there was footage of him on youtube. R.I.P.

reelcool 74 try googling hawaiian sling and polespear though both have no trigger they are very different. a hawaiian sling is freeshaft but you can still add a tether if you like it also have more range than a polespear.. a polespear never leaves the hand oh the hunter and effective range is basically the length of the pole. there is no hawaiian sling in this clip its a polespear mike is using.. hope i answered your question good day :)
