  • good editing from Michel´s works...thank for posting

  • Mi pastor Michel Gondry!!!! me ha hecho ver lo que solo podía imaginar!! GRACIAS!

  • LOVE gondry...just watched "Tokyo!" trailer, looks so awesome!! Haven't heard of the other 2 directors tho lol

  • Instead of repeating the same videos you should've added more.

    Where was Radiohead?

  • I used all of the videos that are available on the Michel Gondry DVD... I think.

  • Ah I see.

Well since I haven't seen the DVD I don't know what's on there.

  • i got it on the way in blockbuster im so excited lol he is seriously my hero as far as directors him and brandongoodwin

  • Es una verga michel gondry! mi inspiracion.

  • Nice montage...

    ...But not enough Daft Punk.

    MOAR DAFT PUNK.

  • hey guys, wats the music video with the split screen? name of song and artist pls, can be found on youtube?

  • Sugar Water by Cibo Matto or Cibo Mato. Yes It can be found on youtube. Pretty much all of the things in this video are taken from the Michel Gondry Director's Label Volume.

  • truely horrendous song selection, but good nutshell introduction to michel gondrys work

  • The song choice was complicated.

On one hand, I'm not a big fan of the track itself. But on the other hand, the lyrics "Come into my world" were quite relevent for the work we were doing (an introduction into Gondry's world), and it was a song Gondry had directed the music video for so it meant we could use sections of the original video in sync with the soundtrack.

  • I accept your justifications, but sorry, they dont really explain anything. The song is jarring, no offense to fans, and the reasons for using it is really superficial. There is very little sync to the core song, as it is intercut wiht many of the directors other works, and i feel the sync that stays is from

  • The random other non related vids synced to the song. And lyrics? I guess it was a creative call, but seriously. Since you made the effort to reply to my comment, i respect that, but politely wish to differ.

  • Just to clarify, I didn't choose the song based solely on the lyrics. I think it works quite well.

    Sorry you don't agree.

  • Come on guys... It's just a bloody montage... Don;t comment it as if it would be a movie...

  • Comment removed

  • @complimentsofthechef I'm not a huge fan of the song either in a musical sense, but it is conducive to a compilation like this.. easier to sync the scenes to a BPM and you have a constant kick drum to play off. Props to you Redman.. I'll take a hi res copy if you got one ;)

  • Michel Gondry cuddles creativity with ease... Hes a great director! Very Inspiring! Nice Comp littleredman.

  • he said he loved my left nut

  • wow i never knew he did all those... im so amazed. dam! HE IS ONE HELLA DIRECTOR!!!

  • He and Chris Cunningham are...

  • occasionally stimulating, but mostly boring

  • Michel Gondry is a genius! Everything he creates is pure art!!! He truly is the best director!!!

  • love this compilation video, great song choice too. i am biased because i love this song even though it was mainstream but it gives off such an elated feeling, not unlike michel gondry's work. thank you for making this, it os wonderful.

  • gos bless michel gondry

  • Michel Gondry is the best director ever!

  • Agreed.

  • He definitely is!
