Actually, all four of the Beatles have very distinctly different voices. You only have to listen carefully to discern who's singing what. And yes, it was George who sang the lead on this one.

for the longest time i had believed it was John singing but then discovered it was George. Their voices in the very early years sounded very much alike. love the song!!!
