but you're really talented, how do you play so easiely the bass? the cover you did to "don't let me down" is amazing, the bass line is so hard to play
Julien.... we keep watching these videos over and over..... just great detail to your performances! I need to be careful though...... I think my wife is falling in love with Frenchytough.....hehe.....
You are multi-talented guy with guitars and singing capability like Paul! I love it. I actually admire performers singing and playing instruments at the same time more than those who sing only or dance at the same time. Do Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey and the like come in mind?
What? Wake up dude. You don't know what you are talking about! He didn't write all his songs, dude. He only started writing songs when he went solo, long after he started with the J5. He can only sing and dance but not play instruments and sing at the same time. That's not MOST talented performer. I must rather much appreciate Fred Mercury. Do you know him, dude?
good job pal!! very good!! could you do me a huge favour?? and try out "everybodys got something to hide except for me and my monkey"?? think you"d rock on that :)
Can't stop watching these Julien. Not many musicians/singers attempt the Beatles music. You do it all extremely well! I especially admire your bass playing, but all parts are just great. Keep it up! Can't wait to see your next video.

Dude, I've been a Beatles fan since I was 5 (back in 1968) and I couldn't be more impressed with your passion for this music and knowledge of getting the right "sound" !!! Great job!!! I play bass guitar myself and have a small home studio using Digital Performer. I've always wanted to work on projects like this. Great Job, my friend.
You should do some creative video work where you're onscreen with yourself playing all the parts and looking like a band!
BTW, did I say that you're very good. Really nailed the parts and, more than that, really captured the spirit of the material and the Beatles. I'm curious, what got you into the Beatles and what was the first Beatle tune you multi-tracked?
I saw the beatles for the first time on tv when i was 8,it was a very short clip (like 30seconds) of a live performance in black and white,it gave me a strange feeling, cannot describe, but I've been listening to their music later when i was 11 years old;i bought the tapes myself etc..john lennon personality attracted me first to the beatles when i was a kid, can't explain ^^..i wanted to listen to their music whereas there was no discs or music gear at my house
That strange feeling is nothing to worry about. It's just the shock of discovering that not all music is mindless synthesized dross (like today's crap), and that 30-40 odd years ago music was actually music, and actually GREAT music that stirred the soul.

its a very good cover, you have an excellent voice and i like your telecaster. One recommendation, you should get a new camera to improve the quality of the video, the audio its ok. by the way, i would like to use this page to promote mi beatles videos, i recorded some well-known solos. check them out. good job frenchy
I learnt to play elctric guitar and bass with the beatles, and lots of other artists for sure, also with close friends when i was a beginner, but i learnt to play bass with paul McCartney.lol.
lol,I never met him,but he's the particular musician who mostly influenced me in my way to play bass.when i play bass, even if it's not a beatles song, paul's bass melodic feeling is always on my mind.
walie, one of the things I like about your tunes is that you are not playing along with the original recording...you make your own backing tracks. It drives me crazy to be criticized by people who play along with the orignals while people like you and I are playing the whole damn song...go figure, eh? LOL. You nailed this one brother! Great Job! LC

its a very good cover, you have an excellent voice and i like your telecaster. One recommendation, you should get a new camera to improve the quality of the video, the audio its ok. by the way, i would like to use this page to promote mi beatles videos, i recorded some well-known solos. check them out. good job frenchy

I learnt to play elctric guitar and bass with the beatles, and lots of other artists for sure, also with close friends when i was a beginner, but i learnt to play bass with paul McCartney.lol.

seriously?

lol,I never met him,but he's the particular musician who mostly influenced me in my way to play bass.when i play bass, even if it's not a beatles song, paul's bass melodic feeling is always on my mind.

great job...another reason i subscribed...did u take lessons on any of the instruments u play?

walie, one of the things I like about your tunes is that you are not playing along with the original recording...you make your own backing tracks. It drives me crazy to be criticized by people who play along with the orignals while people like you and I are playing the whole damn song...go figure, eh? LOL. You nailed this one brother! Great Job! LC
