Well, for very small cuttings this is not the perfect machine.. This craftRobo uses step-motor technology and it can get maximum 0.5mm precision (curved details with less than 0.5cm can result with a "squared" look like). For very small and detailed cuttings i would recomend a plotter with servo drive technology like the "Camm" series from Roland, or a CG-60 from Mimaki...
Remember that this craft robo was designed for a home use.
Hello, i paid 150 euros. The version with 20'' cost around 500 euros (with the border sensor to cut pre printed stickers - like mine). You might find a simple 20'' plotter around U$250.00 (in USA)
hello randompancake9! Yes you can use the craft robo with a mac. You don't need to use the craft robo software program ... if you're using mac, you can use any graphic software such as Illustrator or Corel or other similar.
Yes you can make it. For this you need to use the carrier sheet (you can find other videos here on youtube showing the carrier sheet).
I'm not sure if you can find this equipment in Orlando... you should look for the Graphtec USA to discover. Or you can buy it from the web online. The box is small (like a box from a small inkjet printer)
need help have a us cutter lotter having trouble using te compuer progam to get it to the plotter

My craft robo is having problems.. some of the vinyl letters is not getting cut all the way through. I use up one of my vinyl rolls.

Is the vinyl on a carrier sheet? What sizes can be cut with this cutter?

I'm not using the carrier sheet in this video. Just the common adhesive vinyl. It's possible to set up the blade weight to cut different materials.
