@6196Ruben It's pretty hard if you're performing.. But you can make a loop song out of itbefore going on, then you use like a mixer to add other effects or maybe voice

I have a hard time getting this when I have the original Kaossilator. Sad to hear so many of the same presets as the original. I have a KP3 as well so it would be redundant to get this. Thinking of complimenting my KP3 with a Miniak.

@THEmrTURTLEboy 16/4 is done by holding shift and pressing one of the banks. Then use the prog knob to shift. Make sure your tempo is above 108 however, OR ELSE it won't kick over to 16.

What's the difference between the Kaossilator Pro and the Kaoss Pad 3?

@ImaGuhtarist The Kaossilator Pro is a synthesizer so it's for making the music. Want to make songs? Get the Kaossilator Pro.

The Kaoss Pad 3 is for effects, DJing, and "remixing". It cannot make it's own music, so you have to plug something like another instrument, your iPod, or even your computer into it for it to make any noise. Then you press the screen to add filters and effects to the song. It's great for playing live. Get it if you already make music on another instrument.

It's not that difficult, a little percussion and electronics experience helps any "learning curve" If you have a microkorg, and can get sound out of that, then this this is a piece of cake. I havent used the SD card option, just record right into protools, then you can mess around with the sound some more if you want, although I usually just record a regular electric bass, guitar, & drums over the loop. Just like STS9, Yeah!! that easy

a lot of bands have been using electronic beats in their music lately, and I was wondering if it would be possible for a vocalist or guitarist to trigger those beats on a kaossilator pro live (my guess is that they would have to use some sort of pedal to do this), or do they would have to make the beat on the spot
