THAT IS SO TRUE!!! I SPENT 2WKS AT SOUDA BAY NSA working at the air terminal(a was a ABH2). I was in the Navy Reserve stationed there the 1st 2wks of May, 2006. THERE WERE CATS EVERYWHERE!!!! There's also a HUGE pidgeon population too!
