There's a house near flat iron road you should go to it's been abandoned for 5 years or so now and I've always wondered what it looks like on the inside. If you go on 173 coming from the north and then turn right onto flat iron and then go a little ways after the bridge turn left and its right on the corner

The brig house is probaly saveable, a guy a few blocks over restored an old HUGE three story Cinderblock house, it took him 10 years to do it because of financial problems but he has it almost finished now, it was originally painted red now its white.
