Almost brought me to tears the first time I watched this, not just Juliet's fall but the pain in Sawyers eyes and the whole course of their relationship leading up to that one moment. And truth be told its been a good 13 years since i last shed a tear. So therefore Kate was the factor that caused Juliet to go back to the island, which led her to her "death". And I don't believe that Juliet was "jealous per say, but rather she knew Sawyer was seemingly incapable of giving her his whole heart, so she wanted to make it easier on him and make it so he didn't have to choose.
