What language is this? I would've guessed German, but the numbers are pronounced differently from what I'm used to hearing, at least on Kraftwerk's record.

This is Dutch as it is spoken in the Netherlands. It's not much text, but I'm pretty sure about it. Below is a list of a few skits in Flemish. Besides, Sien and Paula are the two Flemish actresses in the cast.
