Apparently you are not paying attention. If you watch the whole video(Or at least scroll through it) They have the entire Hotel Lobey/Dinnning Room. They had enough room for around 250-350 fans at most. They actually sold this one out.

If you watch through the video you will see where they're a ton of fans lined up for each wrestler. The whole purpose is to sign autographs with the wrestlers,take pictures,etc.
