i live in Albuquerque, and i mut say its prtty awsome! perfect weather (most of the time), beautiful mountains, and views! amazing food! baloon fiestas awsome! but people make it sound like the baloons are there all the time. they arent. if its not the balloon fiesta, youll ony see one like every couple of weeks.

That looks so awesome! I've never been to the Albuquerque area, but would love to; especially to see the Sandia Mountains......brilliant sunshine, and the colorful hot air balloons! I really love the desert Southwest!!!!! The dry climate, and lots of sunshine, and mountains! :)

The landing is pretty weird. They kind of pick a empty spot and go for it. It didn't seem all too dangerous because our pilot was pretty rock solid, but if I didn't think the guy knew what he was doing it would have been a little hairy!

hahaha yes it is safe. I have lived here my whole life. Sure, there is crime just like ANYWHERE on EARTH, but not over the top crazy and unusual amounts. You will love it here! =)
