Love your video! I was a JET in Koyasan 1995-1998, so it's nice to see these wonderful, familiar sights. Thanks for sharing. -Jeffrey "Henna Gaijin" Blender
I lived in Wakayama, 30 several years ago. I went to Koya-san with an English teacher at that time. I miss you! Of course she was an American teacher.I remember that I looked at only the grave in Okuno-in Temple. Many coins fell into the waterway. They were donated. Is there still it? Like totally Italian Fontana di Trevi.
The fountain is probably there, but it doesn't come to my mind. There was a lot to see, so I might have missed it. Glad the video brought back pleasant memories for you.
Thanks for your comments roxxxco. Glad you like the vids. I first came to Japan with a sister-city teacher exchange program. Then I returned as a JET. And this most recent time, I came here and found a job through a friend. I've been in Japan for a long long time...
Very cool. I have yet to make it to Koyasan, so will definitely need to visit. It looks much less commercial than other such places like Nikko. I enjoy the panoramas, but slow down a little when you pan. No need to hurry - want more time to absorb the scenery!
Thank you very much for your wonderful clips of Koyasan._
Our club, Wakayama interpreter volunteer club , is introducing your video. Thank you again.

Yes JLW1, some of the structures are hundreds of years old and the sites are more than 1000 years old.
Glad you liked the vid! Thanks.

Thanks NBT. You are right about the camerawork. Way too fast. I'll try to watch that in the future.
