Ultrasn0w only unlocks the following Basebands on the 3G & 3GS:

04.26.08 / 05.11.07 / 05.12.01 / 05.13.04

On the iPhone 4 it unlocks only Baseband 01.59.00.

I don't see how you can claim it unlocks ANY iPhone, it cannot!

This only works for certain iphones,

Your phone would have to have a compatible baseband (shown at around 38 seconds in this video)
