I hope this is a laparoscopical myomectomy to remove the 2 fibroids and not a total histerectomy to remove the uterus with no need. It's a crime and a lie women are told they should remove their uterus like the only alternative existing conservative options for it and uterine embolization.
You dont take a whole tooth because it has caries, even if it has 58 it's possible to repair it.

@pregna1 Hey, my mom is gonna be operated and she was told her whole uterus had to be removed because of a myoma the size of a marble. Is it completely necessary to remove all the uterus instead of only tearing apart the portion of "meat" where it is found?
