Very interesting! I think history will always remember him for the "Play In A Day" guitar tutors, which is a wonderful legacy, but its a shame people forget he made some fine records.
@TheRickynow Pity no young people pick up his books to learn to play the guitar these days, they just stand there holding/posing with it, hoping their "music" gets used in advert for a bank!
