This cicely looks like the beginner way to learn body contouring. I like the explanation/demonstration. You gotta start SOMEWHERE ands when you're new at it, it SHOULD be simple. These are the basics. You can get fancy later.

Instead of trying to argue about it, just do a little research. Maybe in Cali rave scene people called it flossing. There is a whole new breed of liquid dancers out now, liquid dancers whos skills far surpass your own. You should do a little investigation.

yaho floasis it is web site with a nice little section on concepts along with dancer bios and a forum where you can talk with all of the current new school practioners of liquid. Give it a try, I think you'll like it.
