there is NO 400 ingeneer mount. There is one at 375 and one at 450. But this is no ingeneer mount, it's a QUEST mount. So you can't mount it out of the quest. And this video is a fake.

Yes it's a private server, if you read the keywords and the previous posts, you would've realized that.

Just a note... GMs have the power to reach beyond the regular skill limits. So as a GM, 400 engineering skill is possible. Hell, level 156 is possible, or increasing your speed to be even faster than a flight path mount is possible.
