  • This is a very nice video. Good job. You take care of lots of details and are careful about being clean and your demeanor is peaceful. The children are wonderful. Very nice and refreshing. I like the video very much. I try to juice as often as I can. Those who do need to encourage each other because it is hard work.

  • btw you need to drink your juice right away or it will oxidize leaving you eventually with a toxic build up of vitamins i guess your not supposed to mix fruits with veggies either ! google it.

  • lol i am into being healthy but i think you dumping peroxide on everything is starting to make you look a little like howard hues ;) just saying.

  • @thejenifer666 - after seeing nasty little snotty nosed kids handling the fruits and veggies with their grimy little hands and knocking stuff on the floors at the markets I think her attention to cleanliness is very well justified.

  • U waste so much water!

  • @Madsblossom reverse osmosis water is not good for you do not spend your money on a expensive RO filter!

  • Thank you for this wonderful video. I love how it is a family affair. And your kids look so healthy and happy. Great advertisement for the juicing lifestyle! Oh, and the dogs were just too cute.

  • @Madsblossom reverse osmosis hooked up to their sink is a filtering system that will remove fluoride, one of the very few filtering methods that will actually remove fluoride. It's hard to remove.

  • I have a Phillips HR1861 Juicer - same size but not half as LOUD! But you might find you have it set too high a speed, I turn mine low unless i have a hard fruit. Worth putting greens on low speed anyway happy Juicing

  • why would you further remove fiber from the already well juiced enough veggies by using a strain? Also, I would skip the peroxide cleanup, that rag you used to wipe it off adds more bacteria than it removes.

I commend you on your effort, you are a great mom. Just simplify it to make more attractive for them.

    GO VEGAN!

  • holy cow, that machine sounds like a aircraft engine.

    that ruins my karma

  • Pharmaceutical companies make no money off of Plants!! Raw foods and Juicing cure everything!!

  • too much damn work... you are a dedicated mom

  • Thanks for sharing your family routine. You are awesome for doing this for your family! I recently purchased a similar juicer and getting into a routine of doing this is new but well worth it. I love that your youngest one is a helper. they feel so special when included. Great mom!

  • i couldnt get past the washing of the bench.

  • What a hassle having to clean them with peroxide, isnt that poisonous? Plus letting them float in the sink like that they will also get germs from there, because when you wash the dirty dishes the sink accumulates germs, unless you scrub it really well with Lysol. How nice of a beet you got, sadly the ones they sell here in HEB dont even have the green leaves and are all brown instead of bright nice red like the one you had.

  • You throw the beet greens away! That's the most nutritious part!

  • she dont see the boy woth nife ?

  • @57ferreira Hows about you learn how to spell retard??

  • I don't use peroxide, i blanch my vegetables for about 10 seconds.

  • one tip...this machine is designed to take on anything you can get in that tube...so instead of feeing one piece of apple at a time...grab a handful and just drop them in until it's full, then plunge down. this would be a much more efficient way to get your large juicing job done. and Breville recommends putting the large end of the carrots in first. nice video. i love my breville too

  • @dusktildawn16 We are getting a Omega Vrt350, which produces a bit more juice than the highspeeds and is an electric "cold press'. Self feeding too, I think it's a great option, looking forward to trying it :)

  • @CassieRachelle The VRT350HD is one of the best juicers on the market. The peroxide is a good idea because raw fruits and veggies can be even more dangerous than raw meat. E.Coli and salmonella is not uncommon to be found in raw fruits/veg.

  • @CubaVids bullshit

  • @CubaVids LOL! i think you might want to do a little bit more research about where ecoli and salmonella come from. not fruits and veg hahahha

  • @didrock17 You should probably stop talking before you make more of a fool of yourself. Do a google search for "e.coli tomatoes" or "e.coli vegetables" - do a search for "salmonella tomatoes" - it can get on all vegetables. You tell *ME* to do a little research!? Wow... just... WOW. Your ignorance is the stuff of legend my friend.

  • @alphadog1x like i said, do more research about WHERE that comes from. it does not come from fruits and vegetables

  • the quiet moments reminds me of paranormal activties, especially when the little one came in the grab the butter knife LoL...good information video

  • @dtcs1600 i agree, he came out of nowhere and grabbed the knife from the drawer with this smile on his face.

  • Did you pour regular store bought peroxide over the produce in water? I found that juicer a little loud, I've heard many people with a Breville use ear plugs

  • We have an RO water system too, we sure could use a clear extension tube like yours

  • when that kid pulled out that knife i was like little chuckie

  • Beautiful family and a great video.

  • I would just like to note on the H2O2 (peroxide solution) that you use. Awesome idea but you do know that if it is stored in a clear container the H2O2 compound breaks down when exposed to light and then become just H2O (water). Best store in a dar bottle. But great idea!

  • You put peroxide on your veggies? Is that safe?

  • It's such a joy to watch your videos...Please note that centrifigal juicers waste the vegetable and give you mostly water. The Omega 8005 for simple everyday juicing..is better because it's cold press and extracts more of the minerals. I used my Green Power Gold Juicer for my friend who had pancreatic cancer because it's twin gear cold pressing gets more minerals out leaving the dryest pulp. The juice can be stored in mason jars (if filled to the brim in a sink and covered tightly).

  • Very nice! :)
