Very cool artifacts. I'm pretty sure the first item is called a concretion. If it has what appear to be layers, it's a concretion. It is a natural formation caused when minerals seep down into a hole or bubble in a much larger stone and solidify. The host stone can wear away quicker (because the concretion is protected inside) and then you have a cool ball or other shape. I found 2 of them that look like bowling pins. Some Native Americans did use them for tools and such but it's natural & COOL
The arrow in the bone combined is very rare to find. It appears to be a "Conejo", variety and could range in age from 3500 to 2300 years before present. While the arrowhead by itself is not worth much; with it stuck in the bone, it could be worth a lot! My guess is the grinding square interior bowl is also of great value. Save everything, and read up on artifacts it would be really worth your time.
It would be worth your time to start collecting on a more intensive basis from what I've seen here. The arrow in the bone is a very rare and valuable find. The arrow appears to be a "Conejo"; which could be 3500 to 2300 years old before present. While the arrow alone is not worth much; combined with the bone impact it definitely is very uncommon. I presume the bone is buffalo. How about some more exterior and if possible a interior view of the point.
The big round sphere is carefully smoothed on top. It is very heavy. When I first saw it I thought it was a geode, but soon realized it is hand shaped.

Thanks for the response. It is very fun to hunt these things down. I will try to post more photos of the bone and arrow combination.
