The park is not in oak ridge Tennessee because I drove there and looked for it for hours and couldn't find it. But there's a skatepark in oak ridge Tennessee called diverse city skate and its indoor but it's not the best park in the world. If you want to go to go to the one in Tennessee I wouldn't reccomend it. But the people who run it are very nice and they keep it clean.
yeah it's still open. but all of the manny pads and benches are gone. you can just walk in. but be sure to bring wax if you want to grind the rail because it's sticky as heck.
