lmfao this is not how you skyhook! You simply post up and hold the shot stick in the direction of the basket! You are not supposed to do it running! This is more like the Magic sky hook. This tutorial is wrong, the real sky hook is done in the post up position (Y or Triangle) and then right stick towards the basket. It can be performed anywhere inside three point range

@DE5TROY haha 90% of the sky hooks on that video were inside the key, definitely not from "mid-range". the other 10% that were outside of the key area were ones he had to put up because of the shot clock or other interferences. you don't have to take offense to simple things like replys and comments
