I wrote the songs for Oingo Boingo's Deadman Party in 1983 at the age of 15 & after talking to Michael Jackson about the Big Bang Theory I named the band. In Low Life I mention the man who discovered me calling him Joe Dirt (Joe Elliott of Def Leppard). The song was written years before release & inspired the movie Joe Dirt with David Spade (same mullet haircut as Joe in the '80s). I am the real Amy Lee founder of Evanescence.
