The nomarlly passenger can carry baggage for 20 kilos and also for the basis card in Staralliance, except if you have silve,rgold, premium..... you can carry more than 20 kilos.

Just give her the right ht information.

The airlines wanted to charge one girl in the group over excess luggage but she holds a privilege card which enables her the rights for a 7 extra kilograms so she had to be charged only 3 kilograms instead of 13 kilograms. However, both parties could not speak English very well. Chollada therefore, stepped in to help explain on behalf of the card holder.

Mr. Rabah Tallah, The airlines staffs response was impolite. He provoked Chollada with disgusting gestures. Chollada asked him to speak politely but he always replied with hostility. The conversation was filled with insulting language about racism. He called her and the rest black hair or Asians.

Chollada urged the man to speak civilly as money is not the problem only good service was all they required from the airlines.

Worse, the airlines staff shouted back just economy class and you want a good service? Chollada, nonetheless, requested for well-mannered behavior as she was upset for discrimination that the man put on view. Seeing that the man wouldnt stop, Chollada backed off and called attention from passengers around her. Chollada cried out Ladies and Gentlemen, Id like to know who is flying economy class? of the passengers raised their hands.

Chollada glanced back to that man saying that The majority is flying economy class and every one paid for the tickets too.The argument became intense. They were stared by many people. They started cheering at the superstar for her courage. The airlines staff started to act very rude and yelled. Later, Chollada phoned back to Thailand and recorded the whole remaining conversation and filed a complaint to Turkish airlines in Thailand. Unfortunately, there is no operational base in Thailand
