Wow, the "old woman" was Wanda Jackson. She didn't forget the lyrics if you paid attention to what she said was "I didn't hear it, thank you for the applause". Then they started the section over again, she wouldn't forget the lyrics because she did a cover for her last album while Amy was alive. Both Amy and Adele expressed huge amounts of love for Wanda since she is the First Lady of Rock-a-billy and the first female rock-n-roll singer. Thought you should know =)

Either way I thought it was a terrible tribute and HEY if she couldn't hear then you can blame VH1 and the lack practice time with the band. Because if she is such a tribute to Rock-N-Roll they should have represented better.
They sung a Diana Ross and The Supremes song at the beginning.:) Mary J. Blige also sung Real Love, and That's how Chaka Khan sings haha. Sometimes she overdoes it but that's a diva for you'!:) haha
Have got any video clips? Want to see the amy tribute cos someone said it was crap!...also adele is better now so abit sad she couldnt be there..lets just hope shes at the grammys instead
