San Francisco seems like a really cool city and I'm gonna be moving there for work. BUT......I'm kinda worried that I wont fit in, I look like a body builder from New Jersey...I guess like a meathead or something, but I am really accepting of other people and like the whole vibe of San Fran....I am just wondering if i'm gonna have to grow my hair out super long and lose 100 pounds just to fit in.
San Fran, nice city. Haven't been there and I'm making plans to move this June. I'm the same way. I don't know anybody there and have no family there neither. But hey, I can always meet people. I was born and raised in Northwest Florida and I just tired of it. I was debating on moving to other cities and SF fits the bill. I will be visiting there in a week for about a week to know the city as much as possible , and meet people, before my offical move. Anyway, great vid!
Thanks for the video! I sure miss living in SFO. I've raised my family here in the Washington DC area and people here are all about work work work...
I remember when I first moved to SFO I couldn't believe that people just worked to make a living in order to have fun with their lives! Thanks for the memories. Keep up the good work!

You do not know San Francisco if you call it "kind and accepting," they are kind and accepting to those that agree with them. God forbid you believe in God or believe in the United States constitution. It is one of my favorite cities, but it is absurd to call it "kind and accepting."
My brother is a very happy Christian minister in San Francisco. He loves God and believes in the constitution very much. In a big city, you will have many different experiences, depending on who you are.
Either way it isn't very "kind or accepting" of you to say that another person's positive experience is absurd.
Each to their own I say. If someone wants to put positivity in the world about somewhere they love, why would you put them down and call them absurd for it?

SF is known as one of the most wingnutty cities in North America. I know, I lived on the Peninsula. I'm sure your brother is one of those liberal Christian ministers. SF folks weren't so nice to families like my own who happen to be Mormon.
Mam you are really crazy thumbing down all of my comments when I haven't even sent you anything or said anything negative about your brother. I just said he was probably one of those liberal ministers. That is his choice, I don't care, I am Mormon. I haven't sent you anything.
SF Bay Area's economy is in shambles, so finding a job is difficult. The tech industry is centered in the Santa Clara County area, as is the health care industry, which also has some influence in the East Bay/Contra Costa area. The financial and legal sectors are almost exclusive to Montgomery Street in SF itself, with a few outposts in the Menlo Park/Palo Alto area. Education is clearly geared around UCSF, UCBerkeley, and Stanford.
What a beautiful city...i've never been to USA but i think that San Francisco is one of the most beautiful cities in the world...greetings from Italy=)

Of all the cities I have lived in, San Francisco has to be the most architecturally the most breath taking.
The cities I have resided in are Los Angeles, Chicago, NYC, Atlanta, Orlando, Boston, and Hartford.

Why are you attacking me now? AND my brother? Please, John, will you just stop being so mean to people!
Please, just leave me alone.
I got all of your emails too. I was just trying to be nice. You are being so mean, and I don't even know you. Please, please, just stop harassing me.
Please John Rhys, don't even reply to this.
