Something about Wollo!!!!!! It is unique like no other. You can find Amharic, Oromiffa, Tigrigna, Agew, Afar etc all in Wollo. A place I can't wait to visit God willing. hi waffiki, actually Abyssinia itself did colonize the Oromo people so technically that is a colonizers alphabet too, if you want to get technical. but on another note, you are right, it's great that you appreciate both cultures and that's greaTT!!! but about the latin text, did you notice that the Amharic alphabets don't represent Oromo words very well? there are unique sounds to the Oromo language that the Amharic alphabet can't represent b/c the sounds don't exist in Semitic language. peace!
