Light infantry claymore mine - of course it only feels light if it's aimed away from your postion. These were used very effectively in Nam. A well placed ambush with claymores is pretty much over and done with in few seconds, you may have a few surviors but they can be cleaned up quickly.

You can't run past them.

The explosion is directed forward, so if you stand infront of it, even at 10 meters, you will die.

There is no "click" when it goes of either.

CoD MW2 is not a good source for info about weapons.

Claymores have a kill radius of about 5 meters. Front, back, sides, You will die. The back-blast safe distance is 30m in a trench.(I wouldn't try detonating one standing 30m away in the open.)

The front blast kill is about 20m, and wounding can be upwards around 50-100m.

The claymore launches steel balls that are accelerated by C4 plastic explosive in a 60 degree arch. You aim the device with the label FRONT TOWARDS ENEMY liberally. I just aimed it in the general direction I thought somebody would come thru. They waste everything in sight. The bad thing is that you have to be so far away from them. They kill everything in a 20M circle. They are very heavy to carry around. You can also link them to multiple claymores to cover a larger area. Wish I kept a few.
