@MikeDaniels3951 Absolutely, especially when you consider that he is entirely self taught! You can really hear his talent progressing throughout all of the albums. I genuinely believe that he is one of the most talented musicians around at the minute-he's so innovative. I remember when I 1st heard mcFearless & it blew me away! Had never heard a bass sound like that before!

first two albums are deff better than the newer stuff hands down(in my opinion).they were such a raw band and thats what was so good about them. they are a completey differnt band now, not a bad thing to some, but not my thing anymore.

its ridiculous how much better most of their songs are live....especially those from their first two records. i dunno, maybe they have progressed into a more dynamic band and it doesn't show as well on the first two albums. this song for example is always ten times better performed live.

well KOL has clearly gotten so much more talented and creative as their career has gone on. they were so young--especially jared--when they first started. from youth and young manhood to because of the times you can see such a difference with the guitar solos and the main bass riffs
