Ron Paul 2008! He did vote against expanded healthcare because he is a Constitutionalist. Nowhere in the Constitution does it regulate to the Federal Government the authority to be a health insurance company, that is a State's issue at best.

The media already tries to discredit Ron Paul at every turn, and although Kucinich is the only other candidate who has any since, a Democrat on a Republican ticket would never make it out of the primaries.
