I purchased the Makeup Forever kit with the aqua eyespencil, eye cleanser etc., the mascara came in the package and I loved the volume it gave me but I found it to be dry also.

Hey Karen, glad that all is well :-) Congrats on school. I own the MUFE Smokey lash mascara and it is a drier formula. i returned mine and was informed it is made much drier than other formulas. I'm going to have to check out that hair company. The hair and installation looks great

For some reason you look blurry to me. I love carbon but Have not bought a new one in a while. I do feel like MAC has watered down their colors especially their pigments and other ppl complain that carbon is not as black anymore. Did they change their formula? Do you still know ppl who work their? Get the word back to corporate.

Karen- I owned the Smoky Lash and YES, it's a much dryer formula that other mascaras. The science behind it is that the dryer formula will hold the curl and volume much longer than wet mascaras. I personally was not a fan of it though and ended up trying the Hourglass one which is dabombdotcom!

when using the stay don't stray A LITTLE BIT GOES A VERRYYYYYY LONG WAY!!!! I used to work for benefit and I can't tell you how many people hated the product simply b/c they didn't know how to use it. Use just a little bit or it will be way too heavy.
