My cousin and I were 4wd at Wrightsville and it is now called "Landfall". We were in the mud and the cj5 started sinking and water was coming in from the holes. My cousin who was in the back was crying like a baby and it was over the exhaust but it pulled through. Put that baby in 4wd low and it came out. This was probably in 1982.

If you go across the street from Mayfaire, there is some kick ass mud holes back there. Turn right the the main mayfaire entrance, go a little ways down and you will see an entrance on the right. It's fucking fun back there, be careful some of the holes back there will swallow you whole.
