He didn't make it specifically for a steampunk theme, but Halloween Horror Nights 2010 had a steampunk scarezone (and a house in the same universe in 2011) and they used this song. It works surprisingly well.

I'm replying to this way too late. But I thought I would share my opinion nonetheless.

I agree with jimroot. When I listen to this, it's a very violent, apocalyptic song in my opinion. It brings to mind the visual of bombs being dropped. It's very hectic and confused. I could totally see this fitting perfectly in a montage of war clips.

Also, LOVE this song. Trent is a true genius.
