Here in the Philippines we use dry ice to preserve the batery life. We use expensive lubricants and use them overnite if we have a race the next day.

What recommended motor is used for those technical tracks with high inclines? There's a tendency for the mini 4WD to get thrown off or stumble/ tip over when getting down those steep ones.

On applying weights, is the weight more on the back, front, or balanced on the same track?

Yeah batteries basically. Just simple assembly and you need a track to race them, otherwise they only go straight.

uhm... I used to have one of those.. Uhm.. i remember that... it had like a mini motor.. and then if you open that mini motor.. you'd find 4 pieces of magnet and a coiled electric wire.. uhm.. I really didnt know how it worked..

there's also once a very high speed tricycle fever at here malaysia but i never manage to complete a tricycle of my own. how i miss the time...:( but thinking back of the gp chip once popular in Tamiya's cars, i'm now thinking if i can use EEPROMs as gp chip.
