  • OMG!!!!! You are better than Whitney Houston!!! GO HEIDI! more of the exact same please. You truly are an INSPIRATION :) I now have confidence in me. Thank you Heidi! Everything WILL turn out fine I'm sure of it...or at least I hope. Some day Heidi!

  • Have to say it made me laugh

  • where is your gutiar??? maria has an acustic gutiar!

  • @HeidiinthePiazza I am trying to find a backing track for this wonderful song. Which one have you used?

Well done, by the way :)

  • oh my ear is broken

  • @2julyismybirthday

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

  • a little too much vibrato this is broadway not opera

  • wow great

  • you have the tools

you just need to work it! more movement id say :D keep working at it though, i know you will be a star! the world is yours for the plucking

  • There's nothing wrong with a lot of vibrato. It's just a sign of a very loose voice, which is a GOOD thing. It means you aren't pushing and you're lettting your voice sing without trying to push. Stylistically, you may want to control it a little bit, but don't try singing with less as a rule!!! badideabadideabadidea. Don't become a control freak, like me. :)

  • Good that you're having fun :) It's always a good idea to take some lessons! It will improve your pitch and get that vibrato under control.

  • You have a very nice voice. I performed this when i was 11 , im posting it on here. Its a great song to perform.

  • cool voice! You sound a lil like marni nixon on that movie. I'd love to hear Climb Evry Mountain!!!! :D

  • I love looking on comments below, and finding other people are randomly looking at a video posted two years ago at the same time as me ;D It's a small world after all!

  • You are not Julie Andrews.

  • you have a lovely voice. well done

  • you have too much verbrato and you hold out notes you dont need to. but i know you would be a great opera singer. i use to have a voice like yours and i use to sing a lot of opera and espesially phantom of the opera but now i sing more country. if you like long notes and lots of verbrato, try "The Phantom of the Opera". i think you would like it.

  • Respond to this video... Christopher Guest has nothing on this! The sound of the shoes in the gravel...the purse--oh, my god, the purse! Simply hilarious! Madeline Kahn smiles upon you!

  • you fit more as one of the nuns than maria ~

  • the tune is of a little...and could use a little work on the singing...cuz im sorry, but it almost made my ears bleed...but the tune was the worst. you had it way off

  • You are wonderful!

  • This is a very crappy music video.

  • actually i think u have a good voice for a song that belle sings from beauty and the beast

  • wow, im really enjoying your video..! im so glad there are other sound of music fans out in the big wide world. sometimes i feel like the only one!

  • se le ve bien babosa!!!... hahahaha

  • hahahahaha! That was fun! I sang along with u! I'm happy you had fun with this song! The self righteous comments about your voice in the comments before mine irritated me. Who cares if you have too much "vibrato" in your voice. Its an effing video. They need to get a life. BAH! Anyhow, good job!

  • Its like a snapshot of me into the futre! great job fellow Heidi!

  • meh

  • Last note is great ! Haha, love it!

  • It sounds kinda weird how your ONLY singing in your head voice..even when the notes are REALLY low. Using chest voice is goooood.

  • Take a look at this 12 year old kid performing this songs. 12 year old sings I have confidence. She is goooooooooood.

  • Too much vibrato...

    and ur legs seems trees...

  • good job ^^

  • you have a nice voice, but this song is nothing for you.. you have to much vibrato in your voice.. sorry!

  • @EtosBabyboo lol...

  • Damn- this would have been incredible if only she had the guitar case. Oh well...

  • good voice, but the song doesn't really suit her.....

  • this is scary. DEFINITELY need to control your vibrato, NOT well trained, phrasing is often odd...Not sure this is your material, too old fashioned for you.

  • learn to hit pitch... which comes with proper breath support and placement. Voice lessons are good.

  • you have nothing on julie andrews..sorry heidi

  • This is really awesome :-)

  • I was expecting a guy in a gorilla suit to come out of the woods and carry her off.

  • you move me.

  • Do you want any criticism? Helpful, though.

    Try to control your vibrato.

  • what is your vibrato? i am learning about music now and i have not heard this one b4! i kow, it suckz.....could u tell me please?

  • The vibrations heard when you sing (tight fluctuation between two notes) that are caused by your vocal chords. It mostly happens when you sing a lot.

  • o...is that good or bad? cuz i do get vibrations when i sing sometimes......

  • It's good!

  • great! thanks

  • I have confidence to shoot myself in my head now.

  • WOW. This was GREAT!! I LOVE how you acted it out. GREAT JOB!!
