Ishigaki island and the rest of the Yaeyama are so beautiful. I used to live in the UK but now I've moved to Ishigakijima. It's one of the most beautiful places in Japan. I'd highly recommend that you visit.

Chinese are culturally understanding and tolerable. Most Chinese have their own native names, and an English name for the simplicity and convenience of foreigners. I don't think many westerners would remember my native name of Lam San Shun, but if my name is David or John they would remember it a lot easier.

What the hell are you talking about? Japan has three writing systems - hiragana, katakana and kanji. Kanji has been borrowed form China.

Also, in terms of technology Japan has been the origin of more innovation than any other country post-war. In fact, one of their biggest problems now is stopping China from copying it!

The Japanese use English everywhere too, even more so than the Chinese.

Firstly, kanji is not the official writing system. Kanji, hiragana and katakana are. You can't write a document purely in kanji in Japanese! You need all three.

Secondly, some Japanese are good at English, some Chinese people are good - I don't see your point. Japanese make mistakes, and so to Chinese.

Yes, Japan has no doubt imported much culture from China - but you should see all the Chinese in Japan now who are obsessed with everything Japanese.
