  • how much weight do you recommend, to use on this workout?

  • @01coyote13 I would recommend that you start with no weight, especially if you have never done this before. You want good technique before you start using weight and then start with light weight but one that is challenging.

  • @blkrican2009 definitely bigger and rounder. If you want flatter, just sit on it for long periods of time ;o)
