fuck, i hate my head light.. why not just smple o-ring and couple of screws and that's it? Now it takes a weekend just to clean it up inside. There's also the risk to break the whole fuckn light! Just keep trying, never gonna give up.
i used the oven, and it worked very well. i use 170'C and recirculated air -mode with that. I grilled about 2min sections for couple times. Temperature of the head light was that high i coudn't have done the separating without gloves. thank you.

Now my question is how do you put it back together?
P1ayaH8er 2 weeks ago
no because the glue has a very high level of elasticity that higher temperatures.
the temperature increases quickly when applying the dremel bit or disc..
more than likely it will wrap the bit or disc.
and fly all over the place hot as fuck sticking to your face and walls.
i already tried.

I've been fighting to open a headlamp exactly like that one. Heat gun won't work, it's not enough. I'll try that next. Thanks!

Best method is to use a heat gun around the headlight for approx. 1 min. It's a much safer and easier method to open the headlight.
