  • i just know how to say

    "Cazzo tu pezzo di merda"

  • I'm Italian and there are things I would probably never say.

The problem with Italian is that we have different registers. Take for example "Spiacente", If a friend steps on your toe, you won't ever tell him "spiacente" for he would think you're talking to his grandma or something. :D

  • 'Please' = 'TI PREGO' (not 'prego')

  • prego means you are welcome and not please!!!

  • I'm italian and I can tell you that we don't roll Rs that much. Just a little bit.

  • @Brigister Yes, sometimes it really sounds more like Spanish. Italian Rs are not that rolled actually.

  • Prego sounds like Preggers in english lol

  • Cavolo mi stavo dimenticando sta roba stando sempre rinchiuso in casa xD

  • il problema è SI e NO poi è tutto a scendere!

  • W la topa!!! Traducetemi questo

  • Sto imparando a parlare italiano per mio amante...

  • italian..the first latin language..spanish and french are evolve forms of it

  • @StatenIzzy1 false

  • @StatenIzzy1 Spanish and French didn't evolve from italian, they evolved from latin.

  • LOL

  • im italian indian and black and i cant speek it smh USA brainwashed me italian is a beautiful language my uncles speak it alll day

  • Italian language is 3 or 4 languages i like to speak one day <3

  • Well, Vaffanculo.

  • Some of these expressions are quite strange for italians to say.. maybe it could be some dialect... essempio could be who every could say "Salute e felicità" ???

  • @paweljip ... che tristezza mi mettono addosso sti video... E mi imbatto sempre!!!

  • i am italian but i cant speak it i want to learn to speak italian

  • c'è una tizia che mi fissa :|

  • im part italian and part mexican. i kno spanish, but am trying to learn italian :) its cool tht they are so similar

  • im taking notes :) i know english and spanish, and i think its time for me to learn something else. i wonder if my high school teaches italian......

  • "ci vediamo" is informal - "arrivederci" is formal. You never say "arrivederci" to a friend or relative.

  • "da me va tutto bene" is quite unusual I'd say...

:DD

  • GO Italians!!!!!!

  • @Nexus81The please in inglese viene utlizato anche come prego

  • i thought "see you" in Italian "ci vediamo" not "arrivederci"

  • italian sounds similar to spanish in fact i spek spanish i am from peru

  • quanto è bello l'italiano

  • Comment removed

  • fuck you = vaffanculo

  • @AdamKadmon3255 ....anche fottiti ^^

  • @80hi80 :D :D

  • so close to spanish and french

(and yes i know all 3 of the languages were deprived from laten)

  • In my opinion if you just wanna study some italian you should not learn nothing from this video. Maybe just the accent. The video could be confusing. There are no mentions about logs ( I don't know how to say in English ). Sometimes when we (italian) talk with an old person we use "lei" instead of "tu" (that means - you -in both cases). Just watch some Italian film - often bad film I think.

  • SCUSA is not feminine form. It's second person singular!!

  • thisits har my mum wants me to speak this clearly by the end of the week

  • Isnt Prego, you're welcome?

and Yes please is Sí Per Favore? or Sí Grazi?

  • @DaniCookie1993 Yes, you're right.

prego = you're welcome while di niente = don't mention it (or something like that. You can use it when you do a thing with pleasure, without effort, to your guest, for example)

per favore = please ( I dunno why they translate in the other way, but maybe is a special case...I don't understand the english explanation, sorry)

    grazie = thank you

  • @sandrodream1 a person is italian if he or she was born in Italy, doesn't matter if they can't speak italian.

  • @sandrodream1 what if he was born in italy but moved somewhere else?

  • WOW she is soooooo hot

  • wait ,, doesnt your welcome mean prego ?

  • I'm italian and I'm about to go on a vacation there so im finishing up on my italian. Ciao!

  • What a beautiful language. <3

  • @iPray4Peace thank!

  • LeBron traveled

  • i'm not italian but i find it easy to pronounce.

    italian is awesome btw!

  • @mms777ful u think u find it easy to pronounce.. u cant speak the language so u dont know..

  • i am italian but cant speak it

  • @jerstoark like me :)

  • @jerstoark i was like that...

  • @jerstoark That's terrible :(

  • @jerstoark how can you be Italian if you can't speak Italian?! O_o

  • @LouiseHans10 because he is american-italian. That's why he can't speak it. :)

  • @NJBZX That was my point. Why can an American with some German blood refer to himself as American whereas an American with some Italian blood must claim to be Italian or Italian-American? That's the same treatment that blacks receives: African-American instead of simply American.

  • @LouiseHans10 its True many European heritage don't usually say im --- American.

But some do like Italian, i know some italians that don't say im It-american.

some have more than one heritage so they just say American

I have Hungarian & spanish heritage But i have never refered to myself as an "Hungarian American"

either way were are all American with some kind of Hetritage.

studying any other Language from our Heritage or others is always good to do.

  • @MetalHeart8787 Thanks for your comment!

Actually I've mostly seen ppl with mixed blood claiming only the remote Italian side... See Jersey Shore. Some had not even one single drop of Italian blood in them...

  • @jerstoark if you cant speak italian you are not italian man ! ^^

  • XD It's wonderful someone's interested in Italian ...

  • @lizziesuperstar1 i can totally understand what you said but unfortunately i can't reply in italian .i am lebanese but because i know frensh it's easy to understand italian . you said : italian is a nice language, but a little bit difficult, english is less easier because of music. last sentence im not sure i got it . ciao :)
