Yes, he did. The opponent held up his foot in the air just enough.

The other new ALT in Japan was taken to sumo by her co-workers... she did not appreciate it at all. I was really mad because she basically just shrugged it off as no big deal! I saw sumo when I lived in Okinawa and want to see some again while I am here! I should watch it on tv! very entertaining!

It's interesting to note how quick and fierce the matches in this wrap-up are. No temporary deadlocks or stalemates or anything. I was really surprised by the speed.

well he is a wily veteran, but it seemed like Ama's match, and then Kaio found a way to win. Crazy :)

wow, wasnt that a kinda upsetting playday. Happy for Kaio. I would have liked for atleast one more rikishi to stay even with the yokozunas though.
