Fabulous. Btw...so I have been trying the hanging from one foot thing at 3:00 between my friends thighs and heh, she kinda crushes my feet against the pole almost every time. literally. I wish the camera was a little closer. Does anyone have any advice on this trick? We don't find it that hard since we're strong, my poor feet just hate it.

make sure ur ankle is between thighs so ur actual foot is above them, flex ur foot, if ur already doin that im not sure, but it does norm feel bit tight etc

Nice work girls. Your shapes are nice, and you are both obviously strong. But If I can be critical for a second, your routine lacks flow. You need to continue dancing throughout the performance. For my money, it was too static, and was not 'danced' enough. Congrats on the win.
