Communism is supposed to be "perfect" but as we know, nothing is perfect and when you take communism or socialism from paper in reality it SUCKS! Now, I know that if that continues that soon we wont have as many mountains but also its a new trend and it is not a popular form of mining partly because it is VERY EXPENSIVE.
