I bought it! I've noticed the same problem...

My left yellow button (#2) LED is kinda malfunctioning. I tried opening it up and fixing the contacts a little bit. I'm gonna look into this further sometime, and check out of the switches connected to the LED

Ive solved the same problem by removing LEDs contacts from the clamp and putting them back.

I'm thinking of getting a DJ DAO Pop'n ASC. The little Konami Pop'n controller just doesn't feel right. ;) Been wanting to play like the arcade experience. I currently own Pop'n Music 8, 10, 11, and 12.

Don't hesitate and buy it. This controller is really great. The only problem I've meet so far is LED malfunctioning at one button. But it doesn't matter for the gameplay itself :)
