It a 2 stroke because it takes 2 strokes of the piston to complete a full cycle. first stroke is gas and intake and firing of the piston and the second stroke is the exhaust stroke then it starts all over.... You need to run that true a break in process or else you will have low peformance and suck ass life span.....Run it true all of the 5 tanks and it should idle high lessen the idle so that it can shift down from second gear and so that you dont burn the hell out of your engine........

@evony65 Check your carb gap opening it should be open to about 1 to 1.5 mm or check to see if your throttle servo horn is aligned strait . Hope that helps, let me know if have any other problems .

I finally ditched the electric start on mine, and replaced it with a pull start + glow ignitor. Much less hassle.

sounds crazy, but for a cold start use a hair dryer. Works wonders, plus everyone has a hair dryer. People told me to use a heat gun or heat lamp but thats another thing to buy.

I warm it up with a hair dryer inside the garage and let it warm up, I am always good to go when I do that.

they say as long as its not below 35 degress, if its below 45 degrees you are supposed to do a special cold weather break in. I am not sure what that is I woud google search it.

here's something i caught. always fully extend your transmitter antenna before you start your truck, especially if you don't have a fail safe put on it. Nothing sucks worse than starting your truck and it getting out of range and taking off before you can react smashing into a curb or a tree.

it is your one way bearing in your starter mine used to always do that take the starter off and clean it out with some brake cleaner then lube it with wd40 and put it back on this works sometimes but eventually itly start it again it sucks not sure how to compledely rid it of this though
