Initially the estimates were 500.000,but then they announced to be "only" 350.000.Maiden was on tour in the US and flew all their world tour gear for this 1 show in Rio.They got the gig last minute,cuz Def Leppard's drummer had just severed his arm,they canceled it.They sounded VERY clean,tight.I was there.They took the stage and never left.Queen ended up coming in after them,w/ Freddie,and they also played their heaviest songs to keep up with Maiden's energy.Before Maiden we saw Whitesnake.

This was obviously filmed by the local Brazilian film crew. Back in 1985 metal was new for them and they didn't know how to pan in on the guitarists solos. Especially the way Maiden splits most of their solos between the two. The film crew's mentality was that the singer was the star of the show, like typical pop music. Thats why the video of this show sucks.
