Great idea! I don't know if you've heard this or not but to control how much your jacket or shirt is bleached if you spray it with a mixture of vinegar and water after the bleach mixture it stops the bleaching process that way your red things don't necessarily have to turn out so pink :D
after the shirt is bleached could you like use a spry bottle full of dye to dye it?
