I think it really comes down to a lack of understanding economic fundamentals.

Let me use an analogy. Doctors are much like the economic "experts" on TV. When you come into a clinic with a complaint, 9 times out of 10 they will prescribe some kind of drug to lessen or "cure" the symtoms instead of trying to understand why you have those symtoms, and how to solve the underlying issue. These "experts" learned economics the same way: Complaint = recession, Cure = Stimulus.

The goverment is spending borrowed (and printed) money and creating phony service jobs, and stoping manufacturing jobs from appearing. When the stimulus and Fed mesures go away this will come down creating more depresion. Its quite obvious.

That might be because they've finally come to their senses, and let Schiff's words sink in. Maybe they've finally realized that everything they thought they knew was a lie. Notice how Schiff was allowed to talk for almost the entire video? I think the power of his logic is starting to grind down that panel's ignorance. Happens to all of us eventually.
